L.A- FOOD
It's no secret that Los Angeles is home to some of the most amazing food options in the world. There is authentic food from all cultures, and they do not disappoint.
If you find yourself in L.A you are obligated to go to these restaurants.
Here are some of my favorites:
My personal favorite spot for brunch ever since I was a kid. Right on Melrose with beautiful out door seating, and a really laid back feel. I still stop by to the one in New York whenever I get the chance, even though it's still not the same!
I really don't like hamburgers because of one bad food poisoning accident (yikes),
but there are two places where I love to eat hamburgers, and unfortunately they are no where near me.
Delicious Mexican fire-grilled chicken in all of their products is perfect, and like I said before delicious. There really isn't a place like it, and the closest one to me here on the East Coast burned down, soooo....
My family's favorite place to go for Mexican food. I remember going here all the way back when I was 4 years old!
Sweet Chili Thai
via
I couldn't find a picture of this one because it's a tiny hidden treasure on Sunset Blvd. Because of this place I can't eat other Thai food because it's just so good. It's a family owned business that has been around since I can remember, and if you find yourself there, make sure to get two orders of the orange chicken (trust me you'll want it)
Sushi Roku
Lastly, if you want a quick and delicious bite of sushi, Sushi Roku is the place to go. It's right next to the Beverly Center, so if you're doing some afternoon shopping, you can stop in for a late lunch or an early dinner.

KEEPING TIME
For every big occasion in my life, my mom always gives me the gift of a new watch. I love wearing watches, but lately I just haven't been feeling it!
Time has been going by so quickly. In less than two years I will have left home, in a half of a semester I will be a senior, in exactly one month I will be celebrating my one year anniversary.
Where has time gone?!
So, anyways, I was doing some online shopping and I stumbled upon some of the cutest watches I have ever seen, and now I'm definitely in the time keeping mood :)
Here are some of my favorites!

MAKEOVER
So, some of you may have noticed but my blog got a makeover!
Ever since I started Undeniably Anna, for some reason I never felt like the look was completely “me”. You know?
Well, I spent a long time the other day working to create my own customized, personal blog template. I got to open a new door in the blogging community by learning more than I ever have about html, coding, jQuery, etc. It felt amazing to push myself to my limits and get such a rewarding end result.
Anyways, there are still things that I am adding as I go, so be on the lookout for some more changes!
And for those of you who want to learn how to customize your own blogger template, here are the best tutorials and articles that helped me out a ton.
Hope you all enjoy!

GETTING NAUTICAL
While everyone always talks about how much they love all things nautical (i.e sailboats) how many of you all actually get down to the nitty gritty?
Well, I do! I absolutely love to sail, and I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to be on my school's Varsity sailing team. Who would have thought a small suburb of New Jersey would have a sailing team, right?
Our seasons are Fall and Spring, and since the Spring season just started I thought I would write a little bit about it.
Sailing is something that has shown me more of who I really am. When I started out from the very first time I went out on the water I knew it was something I was made to do. I have so much fun, and there truly is no feeling like the one you get when you're racing in high winds, with the water spraying all around you.
But, sometimes it can be a little scary, and yes, there are times when I do not want to go. The problem is that we start when the water (and air) is still freezing, which makes it already less enjoyable, but then if you capsize and fall in, and water gets into your drysuit it's a terrible experience. When that happened to me a couple weeks ago, I almost got hypothermia and it took me 2 weeks to want to get back out there, and even then it took some pushing. But once I pulled through it, and let the anxiety wash over me, I remembered all over again why I fell in love with the sport in the first place.
Here are some pictures from my favorite regatta that was held at
the Coast Guard Academy in CT!

WEEK IN REVIEW
Meeting New Bloggers!
I started working on this insanely cool new project with a few other bloggers, and the best part of the whole thing is having found them and meeting them (like Kate!), even though it was only virtual, it was awesome.
A Great Week for Sailing
This week's weather has been the best in what seems like forever, especially for sailing.
Perfect wind, perfect people, equals a happy sailor.
J.Crew Canvas Weekender
I'm totally loving this new Steele Canvas for J.Crew bag. It is absolutely perfect for going on small vacations or for overnight trips! So cute...
Homework at Starbucks
A huge new Starbucks just opened in the next town over (complete with a mason jar chandelier), and since one of my best friends just got her license, we had a fun afternoon drinking our drinks and doing our work.
Saving the Best for Last
Thursday was a half-day and so Jay and I got to spend some actual time together for the first time in weeks so I was so happy. It is honestly what made my week complete. (Being sick and everything, he made it all okay)-Not to mention 67 degree weather! Wow!
