I can not even begin to explain how cold it was today. I pretty much couldn't feel my face half of the time I was in the city. When I arrived, I was super early so I figured I would just take a nice walk from Penn to the Upper East Side, but about 2 blocks in I opted out for a cab.
Carly and her blog have always been inspiration for me, and so it was great to finally meet her. I decided that for my first article as a blogger for Huffington Post Teen, I would do a profile on Carly about her story and how she got to the point she is at today.
She was so sweet, and had so much good advice to share, and it was just great hearing her story. I left Coffee Bean feeling encouraged and excited to write my article and to finally get a start up on my own blog!
Carly created The College Prepster to serve as an escape from the anxieties and stresses of school and just life in general, and she was able to create the perfect little outlet for her own personal uses. I thought that that was a great idea, and if anything, I could use a place to get away from school....and here we are.
I'm going to hopefully have my article done by the end of tomorrow, and then once I send it in, it shouldn't be long before it gets posted!
I seriously think I have a problem with sparkling water. I can go through 4 bottles a day...
really I need to stop
